Return and Refund Policy

At GenZique, we aim to deliver high-quality products. However, if you face any issues, we’re here to help.

1. Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Damaged or defective product

  • Size issue (only if unused and in original condition)

2. Return Window
You must raise a return request within 3 days of delivery.

3. Condition for Return

  • Product must be unused and unwashed

  • Original packaging and tags must be intact

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Products bought on sale or discount

  • Used or washed items

5. Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after inspection

  • Refund will be credited to the original payment method

  • For COD orders, refund will be processed via bank transfer or UPI

6. Exchange Option
We offer size exchange subject to availability.
